I live in Ireland where we speak English but we learn Irish so it’s my second language. There are a few regions of the country called “Gaelteachts”. (Irish speaking area) and in these areas there is no English spoken. Whenever we’re there we have to speak Irish and I’m not always confident while speaking it if that’s what you’re talking about
