Had an interview a couple of weeks ago, and right after I shaked his hand and we sat down, I explained that I had a stutter, and if he doesn't understand what I said, I can repeat it. Luckily, he was very understanding and interested in how it was being a stutterer and how it worked, what sounds is harder/easier, etc.
