Probably not. Cuz stutter was proven a neurological disorder and MRIs, BCIs, and similar medical equipments tailored to neurology were just invented around 80's in the last century and there is nearly no way to eradicate stuttering without neurology. But I gotta agree on the point that if there were more awarenesses of stuttering then there would've just been more effective and relible ways to, at least, mitigate stuttering, even cure stuttering LOL.
