Tell your parents you want to see a therapist. Also do your best to stop the hand waving/hitting/tapping/anything else unnatural you do to try and get your words out. It will become a habit that will be much harder to break in the future. Instead try to give yourself time. Right now you feel very rushed whenever you feel like you're going to stuttering but doing your best to give yourself a little more time than normal can help.
