I agree with @shallottmirror. Reach out and seek professional help. I was in your shoes, and I've had 20 yrs of speech therapy. There is no cure, but there are speech therapy programs to help manage it. I've interviewed a few teenagers on my podcast, and they've expressed appreciation for seeking help early on.
