You just have to find that right person, my ex used to call my stutter annoying then I broke up with her and my current GF doesn’t care about my stutter at all. You just have to put yourself out there and just go for it, you’ll never know unless you try for it. Don’t give others that think you stutter is annoying your time. They obviously don’t deserve your good speech. Get back into hobbies that make you happy when you start feeling down, that’s what I do. I sing, if singing doesn’t help I read, if reading doesn’t help I get on PC and play games or whatever does it. It’s about finding ways to make you happy when feel really down and out. I’ve been in your shoes so I did these things to help myself, I was at college by myself when this was happening so I struggled at first but it gets better.
