Thank you! Actually, in my country it's the practitioner’s responsibility to refer the patient to the speech therapist as it's fully covered by health insurance. My employee stopped going to the speech therapist years ago, because he believed he had reached his limit. His former colleague was amazed how much he had improved, so I guess his speech is really the best it has ever been. You are right I should finally talk to him about it.
