Yes, but the hardest part is maintain the new habit and keep a positive mindset throughout the time. When you achieve "fluency" in some day, then the brain realizes there is no needed to maintain the "positive mindset" that required efforts, and you'll be more vulnerable if stuttering happens again. That's reason why some people have recovered from the stuttering, but it is persistent clinging over our life.
