Can you drop the D in the company name and just slur past it? Like if the company was Microsoft and you were having trouble with the M, it could go something like “Hello this is-icrosoft tech support and sales, how can I help you?” I imagine people already know the name of the company they’re talking to so they won’t be confused or probably even notice if you just go past that letter real quick. Alternatively can you substitute the D for an N? Or maybe a flicked R sound (as if you were rolling your R but only let it sound once). Say if the company was Domino’s you could easily get away with “Welcome to Nomino’s” over the phone. A little weird I admit bit better than quitting your job. I hope you don’t quit!
