For those out there with stammers/stutters, do you consider it a disability?

For those out there with stammers/stutters, do you consider it a disability? So sorry if this comment is offensive, was just curious what others with a stammer think about this. Do you consider having a stutter/stammer to be a disability? Also, do you personally view yourself as disabled? Why or why not for both questions.
