No absolutely I should’ve clarified. Exercising ≠ stuttering cure. What I meant to say was exercising has been proven to release feel good chemicals in the brain that improve one’s mental state. And that MIGHT help reduce the anxiety or low self esteem many of us experience on a regular basis because of our stutter. It definitely isn’t a cure but it may be a useful tool, for some, to mitigate stuttering and it’s psychological byproducts.
