When I was finding an unpaid internship for my masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I interviewed with a panel of 5 ( 3 were social workers and 2 were PhD's). I stuttered through the entire interview and I received the BEST feedback from them afterwards.....they stated that they admired my outgoing personality and positive energy given that it was an unpaid internship and they never focused on my stutter. Long story short, I got it and they hired me after my 1 yr internship (also, they gave me an A). Do not give up, keep moving forward 💪 🙌
