I see this is an old post, but in case you see this have you heard about a device called «speecheasy»? I have one, it is not a quick fix ofcourse, but it does help once you learn to use it. In your case I think it could really help you. It is a hearing aid thing wich makes you hear your own voice, i dont know what the english word for speaking two people together is, but anyway most people dont stutter then.
