I wouldn't recommend it. My first draft was about my stutter and the ways I overcame some of the challenges related to it, then I met with an admissions officer for review and she was like "No. Start over. New topic." Looking back, I'm glad I took her advice. I think they want to hear more about YOU and choices you've made and things you've experienced. They read a lot of "I overcame this disability..." essays and don't care to read more of the same. Advice for finding a new topic: make a list of your best qualities, the qualities you want the admissions teams to know about you. You can ask friends and family for help until you have a long list of adjectives. Next, think of a small moment from your life that is an example of you showing these qualities. If one of these moments is related to your stutter, you can include a sentence or two about it but I wouldn't advise making it the entire topic. Sorry this was so long! I just went through the entire process last year, so all the advice I got is fresh in my mind. Good luck!
