I answer phone calls all day and talk to people regularly. Honestly, the phones terrified me at first. Like it would ring, I would freeze solid, and forget what to do it. I fought it though. Now I feel like I pro when the phone rings. I pushed myself to do it and over time (and a lot of stuttering at the beginning) I feel like I’m 98% fluent at work. I do take klonopin to combat my social anxiety. I can tell you it personally helped me get through the first few weeks. No I barely take it at work. Good luck!! You can do it!!
