Yeah I'm 60, and unfortunately as you say, it don't go away.. I hate it and I hate myself, always feeling embarrassed, always avoiding what I presume over 90% of people just take for granted... humans were made for communication and not been able to do it is so damn frustrating, it can really get you down,
