What are your jobs as a stutterers and how has stuttering affected it? And also mention severity of your stutter. Actually i ve always dreamed of being a surgeon since early teens but i feel hopeless due to my stuttering. It is sometimes so severe that i cant get a word out. Do i need to change my career according to my stutter or that shouldnt be factor in career choice. Are there any stutterers here who are surgeons or in medical fields? I m also sick and tired of holding back, not giving answers in class that i know really well. Not asking questions in classes. In fact i dont speak at all in my classes. Im struggling in disguise right now. Seeing me from the outside , it seems im a really happy person but deep inside im just empty and feel depressed.
