This is why I wrote 'language use'. It's important that we speak of these things in ways that do not assign blame, inferiority or ostracization. And note that we're not denying anything (as you suggest), and we're certainly not buying into myths either (as you suggest also). It's not like we only have those two routes available to us. It's a challenge to arrive at language that works, but that's nothing novel, and I'm not making it into a special thing for stutterers. It's just something to always consider. Words do not end where we want them to.
