It has but hasn't gone away entirely. Sometimes when I'm presenting there's a word that I just can't say but there's not a synonym to use. So I just let it get stuck for a minute, pause to clear my throat then move on like nothing strange happened. The key is to not get embarrassed by it or try to push it away as if it was something different or alien from the "real" me. I stutter and that's just how my life is. Realizing this has reduced the stress around it by an enormous amount meaning I don't stutter as much, and when I do its not as bad. Meditation has been enormously helpful for me as well
