I feel like you too are in the acceptance camp, like another commenter down somewhere. My suggestion would be the same as the one I gave him. Acceptance should mean that you don't try to avoid stuttering in front of people. That way you accept yourself for who you are and let people see your real self. Acceptance should not mean putting yourself in a box and saying "There's no way I can improve my condition, all these people who give improvement advice need to check their privilege". If you desire to improve the level of your speech fluency, then challenge yourself. Set yourself targets and work on them. Have some self-confidence that you have the capability to reach a place of your aspiration, because there are many PWSs who have improved their speech to a point where it doesn't at feel like an impediment for them.
