Stutter writing?

Stutter writing? Sounds weird but I can't find much about it online. I've had a stutter all of my life that comes and goes depending on my current stress situation. Weed helps me stay calm and while I still stutter I get alot less looks and comments on it. I can't write most of the same letters I can't say properly. It's like my hand and arm lock up and my brain is telling me just do it but nothing happens. It's exhausting and I avoid writing because of it, I'm 36 now and thought I'd grow out of this but it seems the same if not worse and I'm just curious if anyone else has this problem?
