A bit more of a positive post I've stuttered for about 8 years now. It has sucked, going to a therapist briefly helped but for the most part it's been pretty consistently bad. I never let it get in the way of things though, just irked me how frustrating it was to have so much to say yet physically feel bottle-necked by my own speech. I have no idea if it's a by-product of going to the gym and speaking to a lot of people there often (Been going consistently for about 8 months now), but these past 2 weeks I have RARELY stuttered. I stutter a lot with my brother and even he noticed something was up when I was throwing a ton of questions at him. Speaking on the phone is a breeze, my heart doesn't sink anymore waiting for specific timings to try and talk to sync up with my breathing, it's all going so well and I have no idea why! I hope it's here to stay, certainly thinking positively about it and I almost can't speak too much now without getting giddy inside that i'm chaining together so many words without issue! I'm not sure what point I have here, just thought i'd share considering this place is obviously understandably gloomy a lot of the time :) TL:DR Stutter has practically vanished these past 2 weeks!
