Sometimes speaking or reading aloud , your stutter will become reduced. Reading aloud is much different than speaking normally, conversations are usually unplanned. You said your stutter causes you to get stuck. This sounds like you’re having blocks. It’s when there’s no sound coming out but you know what you’re wanting to say. I have those too, as well as repetitions. It gets better sometimes if you’re relaxed. In either case, don’t let it stop you from speaking. Your voice is important.
