This was my biggest fear in college (and school in general). I was nervous the whole week, before any presentation. But in my experience we can do it, it's just a bit harder. Sometimes people laughed, sometimes I didn't do as well as I could have, but at the end it wasn't something that could have prevented me from getting my degree. So my advice would be to do it, but be prepared that it might be a bit more difficult at times and you'll probably have to do more work than others for some things
