Thanks for this long message! I went outside alot for the past few days (yeah i know it sounds lame but previously i spend most of my time inside so it's a huge improvement for me) and i feel great about myself for doing that! And i am currently not doing any exercise but im looking to try it out! And i know that there's nothing wrong with being quiet or stuttering but i still feel like people are quietly judging me (because most teenagers are just really shitty people) Thanks for the education about looks! But im scared that i just become to confident and end up being arrogant, and i really don't want that to happen And i tried speech therapy twice and it sadly didn't seem to work for me Thanks again for this long message! This really shows that reddit has a good side too!
