We all go through our ups and downs. Hang in there. Seek help from a speech pathologist to improve your fluency. It'll never ever completely go away but it can improve with practice and patience. Try some vitamin B1 too to reduce anxiety in certain speaking situations. Get off coffee and sodas and alcohol. They decrease fluency (for most anyway). Try decaf instead. Best of luck.
