it's not okay to make (hurtful) fun of anyone about anything, but let's be clear: it will happen! you have to be prepared the best way you're able to. my friends for example make fun of me when I go into a rare stutter attack (because like you, I can hide it well), but only because I allowed them to. In the end, it's way more relaxed like this, because otherwise it gets really akward not only for me, but for them too, as they don't know what to do while I stutter. Instead, we have a quick laugh, I am relaxed and we move on. It's different tho with people I don't know. I came to a point where I can clearly state "Stop, it's nothing to make fun of, so stfu". But I had my struggles too to get to this point. Hope you will achieve this too, don't expect to make it fast. If so, good, if not, one step at the time! e: like others said, smiling can sometimes help to stutter less. also, try to sing. I never stutter when singing (I suppose because I breathe differently while singing)
