Yea, when we don't practice is gives our mind too much time to think in advance of the moment, causing the anxiety and the stuttering. In life, the goal is to kind of stay in the moment and take each challenge as it comes. With stuttering we have to be proactive and almost seek challenges to stay in practice and keep the stuttering demon at bay.
