Please take anything this man says with a huge pinch of salt. His whole thing is about exaggerating or twisting research studies to make huge claims about things that make very little sense when looked further into them. He knows how to sound smart but he's an absolute knob who is not nearly as much as an expert as he claims, and either ignores or gets whiney in comment sections when corrected.
