What i did to counter this problem: Try to replace your ticks when stuttering away from your face. Youre jerking your head because you are really tense. Practise to not let yourself get influenced physically by your stutter. As I said before: Embrace your stutter and accept it. Your stutter is not a singular problem. There are many things, that come with it. Maybe try to work on them before
