Change your voice and talk as if you're doing impressions for some cartoon character. Then make that voice closer to your real voice Also read something simultaneously with your friends or family members Try to make your speech sounds like singing but it's not singing. Like barely make your speech tuned but others can't notice that. I don't know if my pieces of advice make any sense but you can always reach out to me and I'm happy to help I'm 26 M and I used to stutter intensely since the age of 5 until the age of 16 and when I did those things it started to get much better.. people hardly ever notice that I stutter anymore.. good luck op.
