The whole valsalva thing where you release the tension by contracting and relaxing the pr-muscle, basically by clenching your groin. It's good because it's inconspicuous but very hard to master because it's so weird. Basically you have to condition yourself to release this muscle automatically upon exhalation as it unlocks all of the locked muscles involved in a stuttering block.
