And I mean, it did improve my stutter and my stutter is still better than it used to be. But it's not this "cure" in the way they advertised it. I really practiced and tried to check all the boxes they told me to after the course for a few years afterwards and my speech still continued to degrade despite all of that. I got the impression that some folks are constantly doing refreshers and taking the course again every few years "chasing the dragon" to become completely fluent through this strict control of your speech, it kind of seemed nuts to me.
