Yeah that's super rough, especially when it catches you by surprise but Im willing to bet this experience is going to make similar situations not as scary in the future. And you can become comfortable with facial expressions of first time listeners. It takes time but facing your fears and the the things that make you uncomfortable and realizing that it's not as bad as you might think it is going to slowly but surely make things better.
