I wouldn't because it really doesn't define me as much as I maybe think it does. I word substitute whenever possible, or sometimes I'm just fluent for days. So it depends on severity I suppose, but if you're a functioning member of society you needn't be concerned that a potential GF would judge you harshly for it. It's more likely that they'd find it endearing/interesting
