i felt like this in my teens. Getting a job that required me to communicate even if i stuttered, helped. I went from a janitor/custodian, to housekeeping supervisor, and now I work as an IT Tech going for my local school system. Stuttering never went away but it got a little better , especially when I lost weight and built up my confidence.
