Hey, I really felt your words. I’ve been through something very similar with my severe stutter too. You’re right — it’s not just about mindset. I don’t want to offer false hope, but something that helped me a little was breathing exercises. Slowly breathing in through my nose, holding it, then letting it out slowly. It didn’t “fix” my stutter, but it helped me stay calm inside the blocks. Just sharing in case it helps even a tiny bit. Stay strong — you’re not alone in this because. WE STAMMER
