I've read it a few weeks ago .I didn't liked the way it was written (too much stuff repeating over and over again) but i agree with the ideas presented there .I noticed that when i don't think about what i will say i speak really fast ,which is not good .Any ideas how to resolve that without forcing myself to not do that while speaking ?
