For me, repetition. I work in an industry that forces me to address a large group of people daily to brief various things (priorities, procedures etc) At first, I was terrified and had problems with stuttering. After about a week of doing this, my stutter all but went away. I've been at the same job for over 2 years now, addressing large groups every day and my fluency is (almost) completely normal. That being said, when I order food at a new restaurant, I'll usually point at the food or have my wife order for me since I can't get a word out.
