I'm not in school anymore. But i faced this a lot. Many times i missed my attendance coz I didn't open my mouth. But then my parents did talk to my class teacher to just have a scan once my name comes up and then give me time to register. That didn't embarrass me.. Also by 10th grade I was confident loud n clear
