The fear and anxiousness you’ve created in specific situations like asking for something is causing tension in your speaking muscles which is why you have the block. Its a delicate situation because the harder you try the harder it becomes to speak. Sometimes just putting yourself into the situation over and over til you feel comfortable will help. Avoiding the situation will just add more tension for when it happens again eventually. In the bell curve of life we all speak differently and land somewhere on the bell curve. We all mess up from time to time. It’s how you handle the aftermath that will help you in the future. Instead of getting down on yourself, say that wasn’t that bad it did hurt i can let die from it. The person probably thinks nothing of it. We are our own worst critic. Until we can learn to love ourselves no matter how bad we mess up. The easy future situations will become because we will fear them less and less as there is nothing to fear except fear itself. Good luck
