I've never really noticed a severe change with ssris alone but they do help alot of people, I've jumped between alot of ssris but I'd probably advise prozac since it doesn't have many downsides if your on the right dosage, probably 40-60? mg depending on your history and weight etc. and benzos do help if your planning on staying on them forever, once you try to tamper off them you will realize that you can't function without them and you need much more willpower and weeks of your life going to waste just to cut them. so before hoping on benzos just weigh the risks n rewards. tbh if benzos were easier to get over here and i had an unlimited supply I would be on them 24/7
