I can relate. We were previously on a wfh model and it was kinda good. I didn't get assigned big projects because of my lack of communication with the stakeholders but the rest was good since most of us were communicating on chat anyways. On calls, i just wrote what i had to as well. Now that we're in office i just feel like everyone avoids me. It feels weird to message someone when they're sitting right beside u but the question is hard ot explain. Everyone's in their own group and I just get sidelined. just hoping it get better for the both of us.
