Stop thinking about “which words you will block on”. It can be any in some circumstance and it could be none in some circumstances. Your block trigger is “having to talk and probably blocking at some point”. In the moment - 1. Make/hold normal eye contact. 2. Exhale with slightly more force than normal, using stomach muscles 3.. Start talking slowly. And. Enunciate. Practice steps - 1. Disclose as much as possible. 2. Using phone or going to a mall, do voluntary controlled stuttering. 3. Practice slowing down your body and your mind as you move through day (read slowly, walk through house slowly) 4. Practice breathing into abdomen , w focus on exhale and holding at top/bottom of each breath
