Anyone heard of the Pro90d speech system by Michael Williams?

Anyone heard of the Pro90d speech system by Michael Williams? Subject title. Anyone ever try it? If so, what is it and how is it different from other speech courses? If you haven't heard of it, look it up on YouTube. Considering taking the course but if its the same as other courses, I'll save my money.
