I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. We all have our moments of disfluency where things seem to go to shit. However, please avoid putting thoughts into other people's heads i.e. guessing what other people are thinking. For all we know, they could have been rushed by time to make a decision. Yet we always think it's to do with our stutter and we take it personally. Here's what you do: Accept it happened. Then understand where your weak points were (lack of control, agitated instead of relaxed etc). Once you've done that, make the conscious decision to change your behaviour the next time it happens. The longer you dwell on it, the more it'll frustrate you. All the best for next time!
