I’m on this sub for throat tension (MTD) and maybe cluttering, not stuttering (there’s a lot of overlap, and this sub has been so helpful). These things have contributed to making my symptoms more manageable: - throat massage by a PT or [on yourself](https://youtu.be/um0fp2s2PUo) - loudly sighing and using that to relax your shoulders, jaw, forehead, tongue. And speaking afterwards, trying to keep that same relaxation. - breathing and adjusting is a good one, like you said. - noticing which muscles are activated by touching the outside of my throat while I’m upright versus hanging upside down (I feel a crazy difference and have noticed I can speak heaps better upside down) - yoga videos for [neck and shoulders](https://youtu.be/0i8h_DNfw98) Let me know if you find any of these helpful or notice anything different. I’ve found stretching and massage most helpful so far, but am holding out hope that the more I learn about specific muscles, the better I’ll be at noticing the instant I’m using them when I shouldn’t
