Yeah the first letters of words are equally as big of a problem as the whole word. Also, that’s also a good technique that you suggested there. But I personally never do it. What I do is that I omit the first letter if I couldn’t pronounce it. So if I can’t say “coffee” because of the “c”, then I would just leave it out and say “offee”. No one would notice it
