Thank you!!! I will be looking into both for myself, it’s just I live in a small town so I’m not super sure I’ll be able to see someone that’s really good if you know what I mean. I’ve googled ways to help it and they just don’t work because I think my blocking is caused by me over thinking saying the word >:(
