This is so true. I’m a Customer Success Associate. I make lots of calls and answer calls. I could manage for the past 7-8 months. Recently I’m finding it difficult to even introduce myself when I call customers or answer calls. It was so bad, and I felt incompetent. I wrote my resignation letter some weeks ago. I’ll be quitting this week. Hopefully I find something that doesn’t require much talking. Stuttering really is a fluctuating condition. Some weeks you’re a mild stutterer, other times it’s severe. It’s annoying but what can we do 🤷🏽‍♀️
